Paige Conrado-Dove – Founder, Old West Holistic Co. & Creator of EPMSD

Paige Conrado-Dove grew up in the heart of the American West, where horsemanship was more than a skill it was a way of life. Her deep connection to horses was forged through years of riding, caring for, and learning from them, instilling a respect for their resilience and a responsibility for their well-being.

At just 18 years old, Paige faced the challenge that would shape her life’s work: her mare was diagnosed with Equine Protozoal Myeloencephalitis (EPM). With limited options and a fierce determination to help, she began researching botanical medicine, equine physiology, and holistic healing. Through extensive study and trial, she created the original EPMSD a 90-day botanical detox protocol designed to target parasites, support nerve repair, and restore whole-body wellness.

What started as a desperate bid to save one horse became a mission that has since touched the lives of more than 35,000 horses worldwide. Today, as founder of Old West Holistic Co., Paige blends traditional herbal knowledge with modern equine science to produce safe, non-prescription products that work with the horse’s natural healing processes. Never against them.

Guided by her values of transparency, compassion, and education, Paige remains hands-on in every aspect of the company, from formulation to customer support. Ensuring that every horse owner feels informed, empowered, and supported on their journey to better health for their partners.
