We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

Once your return is accepted:

📌 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at support@oldwestholistic.shop. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply:
