🔁 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it
It must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase
We do not accept opened or used products under any circumstances

Once your return is accepted:

We will send you return instructions and a shipping label (shipping cost is your responsibility)
You will also be responsible for any Stripe (credit card processing) fees
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

📌 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at support@oldwestholistic.shop. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply:

Submit a return request
Place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company
